Refunds & Returns

  • Seminars & Events:

    • Refunds given if canceled:

      • 100% refund if canceled 72 hours before event or scheduled service.

      • 50% refund between 72 hours and 48 hours.

      • 25% refund between 48 hours and 24 hours.

      • Within 24 hours is non-refundable.​​

  • Memberships & Plans:

    • Memberships & Plans are non-refundable recurring payments.

  • Services:

    • All services through Rebel Chef Productions require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

    • Clients can refuse and or stop services at anytime through the production team.

Membership
Policies

Rebel Chef Productions and its entities have the right to revoke any membership at any given time. Revocation of memberships include but not limited to:

  • Solicitation other than Rebel Chef Productions or its entities

  • Non-Professional or foul language

  • Defamation towards other members

  • Poaching

  • Delinquent Account

At Rebel Chef Productions, We believe in constitutional rights for a Fair Due Process. All refunds, Returns and Revocation are heard by our team and fully investigated. Rebel Chef Productions and its entities have a right to refuse or revoke memberships if deemed true beyond reasonable doubt.
